Our company registers come complete with constitution, minutes and forms required to comply with the Corporations Act.
Important: you now have two options when establishing a company with CGW Structures
You can continue as you do now, by establishing the company with a CGW team member as the first officeholder and shareholder of the company.
We will then appoint your nominated officeholders and transfer the shares to your nominated shareholders.
You should be aware that choosing this option may cause some delay in the ASIC record being updated to show your nominees as officeholders and shareholders of the company. While we do everything we can to expedite the process, we sometimes experience ASIC processing delays, which are out of our control.
If you would prefer your nominees to be the first officeholders and shareholders of the company and not have a CGW team member involved, we can now do this.
If you choose this option, also send completed and signed consents to act as director, secretary, public officer or shareholder from your nominees with your application in order for it to be processed. You can download the Consent for first officeholders or shareholders.
No matter what option you choose, you can either:
- download the applications and consents (if you choose option two above), complete, sign and fax, email or post the forms to us; or
- complete the application online and submit it to us through our website.
